La Casa

Hecho a mano, desde 1931

Monserrate Torrella opened a single workroom in Seville with four seamstresses and a bolt of Granada silk. Ninety years on, the house still cuts every pattern by hand, still finishes every hem by eye, and still believes a garment should be made for the woman or man who will live in it.

Our collections carry the memory of the Spanish-speaking world: the pleat of a flamenco skirt, the weight of Oaxacan gold, the tailoring of Buenos Aires. Quiet, exact and made to last for decades.

“A beautiful thing does not announce itself. It simply waits to be noticed.”
